beautybaked: For those of you who don’t know. Last year in April I decided to stop using heat on my hair. I have not flat ironed my hair in a year now. I have used alternative methods like curl formers, flexirods and knot outs. I did use heat about 5 times, a blow out or two..And I did color my hair three times in the past year since this “healthy hair journey.” This picture is a comparison of my hair last year, to my hair today. I can see a major difference in the definition of my curls, volume and the length.
